June 21, 2010—Margaret and Melvin met on the first day of their drawing class at BYU. She was late, he was saving the last empty seat for someone else, but he let her have it anyway.
July 31, 2010—Margaret and Melvin went to see the movie

August 25, 2010—Margaret and Melvin visited the Springville
Art Museum to celebrate her acceptance onto a ballet company at school. He held her hand.
August 27, 2010—Melvin kissed Margaret at her old elementary school playground
September 15, 2010—Melvin opened his LDS mission call to
Milan, Italy
December 20, 2010—Margaret and Melvin kissed goodbye in the
Salt Lake City Airport
February 2, 2011--Melvin flew back to Provo to enter the Missionary Training Center. He and Margaret shook hands outside.

February 13, 2013—after two years of weekly letters and emails, Margaret and Melvin were reunited in the
Salt Lake City Airport
February 27, 2013—Melvin proposed to Margaret at her old elementary
school playground
June 21, 2013—Margaret and Melvin will be married in the
Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day
Saints.
Margaret—Native of Provo, Utah, proud dual-citizen of the
U.S.A. and Italy, recent graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in
Dance. Enjoys playing piano,
dancing, printmaking, reading, knitting, and doing yoga.
Melvin—Proud citizen of Texas. Recently returned from the Italy Milan LDS Mission. Student in Landscape Management at
Brigham Young University. Enjoys playing soccer, cracking jokes (and peanuts),
playing guitar, learning the violin, and studying.
